M Miraz Hossain BERDO award

Blind Education and Rehabilitation Development Organization (BERDO) has awarded Lion M Miraz Hossain, prominent writer, entrepreneur, and social activist, with a special award for his special role in education, housing, and health protection of underprivileged, disabled children. On September 3, 2022, the founder and director of BERDO, Md. Saidul Haque formally handed over the award to M Miraz Hossain at BERDO’s own building located in Rupnagar of the capital Dhaka.

BERDO is a non-governmental organization. Established in 1991, this organization is working to make disabled children employable through free education, accommodation, and proper training. In order to speed up the activities of this non-profit organization, social activist M Miraz Hossain provided financial donations and supporting equipment to the organization.

M Miraz Hossain is the resident of Lions Club of Dhaka Mohakhali Friends for the financial year 2022-23. In his professional life, he is working as a director of a reputed organization.
